We are looking to recruit a full-time Project Assistant who will be supporting EMCS management with all  aspects of the project, in particular missions and contract management.

Job duties

  • Coordinating Travel arrangements for employees from quotation to booking stage
  • Managing and updating datasheets relative to the various steps in expense re-imbursement processes
  • Communicating with temporary workers mainly via email or calls
  • Assist in issuing periodic and ad hoc reports
  • Filing, data-inputting, mail-handling and processing of documentation and other administrative tasks as the need arises
  • Assisting management with other tasks relative to this project as the need arises


Essentially Primary Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent command of English & Greek
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Minimum Diploma level of education
  • Experience working in the tourism industry, travel agencies or customer service role will be considered an asset



  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active and Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Dependable, discreet & emphatic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do approach
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications especially Word and Outlook.
