As project managers we are able to assist our clients in executing their projects in a timely and effective manner. By taking care of all administrative obligations that come with EU funded projects, liaise such as procurement tenders, contracts, liaise with Managing Authority, publicity arrangements and co-ordinate works on site. Through this role we take on a hands-on approach and work very closely with out client making sure that all commitments to deliver a project of highest quality.
Our role as project managers in this endeavour includes the development, launch and evaluation of various tenders for the procurement needs of the project, such as equipment, lighting, and furnishing. This involves coordinating with the numerous stakeholders and technical experts working on the project. Whilst keeping the Managing Authority or Intermediate Body (in the case of Grant Schemes) informed of project progress at all stages.
