The Market Research & Intelligence department assists its clients to identify and predict consumer patterns to recommend next best actions to improve their business through various means such as Face-to-Face interviews, Telephone Surveys, Focus Groups, Mystery shopping etc
Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a full-time office-based Office Administrator who will be assisting with market research projects.
Job duties
- General admin work as the need arises
- Telephone Interviews
- Data inputting
Essentially Primary Requirements
- Excellent spoken & written English and Maltese
- Knowledge of Excel
- Minimum: O' Level Standard of education
- Minimum: 1 year work experience within an office environment
- Driving licence
- Not easily discouraged or put off by on-the-job challenges
- Trustworthy, honest and reliable
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence over the phone
- Pleasant telephone manners
Working Conditions
Salary: Commensurate with experience & qualifications
Work location: Msida till end 2022, Mriehel thereafter
Contract type: Indefinite Contract
