The Market Research & Intelligence department assists its clients to  identify and predict consumer patterns to recommend next best actions to improve their business through various means such as Face-to-Face interviews, Telephone Surveys, Focus Groups, Mystery shopping etc

 

Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an office-based Office Administrator who will be assisting with market research projects.

 

Job duties

  • General admin work as the need arises
  • Telephone Interviews
  • Data inputting

 

Essentially Primary Requirements

  • Excellent spoken & written English and Maltese
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Minimum: O' Level Standard of education
  • Minimum: 1 year work experience within an office environment
  • Driving licence
  • Not easily discouraged or put off by on-the-job challenges
  • Trustworthy, honest and reliable

 

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence over the phone
  • Pleasant telephone manners

 

Working Conditions

Salary: Commensurate with experience & qualifications

Work location: Msida till end 2022, Mriehel thereafter

Contract type: Indefinite Contract
