We are looking to recruit a full-time Project Assistant who will be supporting the HR department with administrative and HR related duties.

Job duties

  • Maintaining and updating HR systems by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Processing time and attendance records; updating attendance documentation for pay adjustments
  • Issuing periodic and ad hoc reports
  • Coordinating Travel arrangements for employees
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Filing, data-inputting, mail-handling and processing of documentation and other administrative tasks as the need arises
  • Assisting with co-ordination of the training and development function
  • Assisting with recruitment and engagement/termination process

Essentially Primary Requirements

  • Minimum A level standard of education (candidates holding an MQF level 5 Award and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management,  Business Enterprise, Business Administration or related discipline will be given preference
  • Knowledge of HR legislation, regulations and processes would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset


  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active and Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Dependable, discreet & emphatic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do approach
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
