Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out computer-assisted telephone interviews with the general public from our offices in Mrieħel for an upcoming project.
Duties
- Telephone interviewing with the general public
- Inputting respondents’ answers
Essentially Primary Requirements
- Ordinary level certificates in Maltese and English
- Proficient computer skills
Skills
- Effective communication skills in Maltese and English
- Good writing skills in Maltese and English
- Friendly and pleasant with respondents
- Smart and professional
- Attention to detail
Working Conditions
Work location: Mriehel
Working hours: The team will work on this project in shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 09:30 to 13:30 and/or from 16:30 to 20:30.
On Saturdays and Sundays, shifts will be from 09:00 to 13:00. Your shifts will be scheduled based on your availability and project requirements.
