We are looking for someone to work on a full-time basis to support our dynamic team of professionals within our Accounts team.

Responsibilities

  • Posting of expenses and bank transactions in accounting software when necessary
  • Preparation of sales invoices
  • Posting of wages and salaries in accounting software.
  • Calculation of payroll
  • Calculation of accruals and prepayments
  • Maintaining fixed asset register
  • Calculation of depreciation
  • Preparation of management accounts when necessary
  • Assistance with generating VAT reports for submission of client VAT returns.
  • Assisting with drafting reports when necessary
  • Filing of documents
  • Printing & scanning documents when necessary
  • Checking invoices to reports.
  • Matching and analysis of data when necessary.

 

Essential Primary Requirements                                              

  • Currently reading for a University Degree in Accountancy or commenced ACCA programme.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Knowledge of accounting software is considered an asset.
