About the Trainers
The Award in Leading a Family Business is delivered by two of EMCS’s most experienced directors:
Silvan Mifsud – Director at EMCS Advisory, with extensive expertise in strategy, governance, and family business advisory. Silvan has guided numerous family-owned enterprises in structuring their governance frameworks, aligning next-generation leadership, and navigating complex succession challenges.
Ramon Muscat – Director at EMCS Advisory, with a strong passion for helping individuals and organisations unlock their true potential through training, coaching, and advisory work. Ramon regularly delivers training in leadership, productivity, customer experience, and communication. He has served as lead trainer for both the private and public sectors, including large-scale projects in healthcare and government. His experience ranges from developing management training for medical professionals to executive coaching for senior leaders within ministries and organisations.
