Caroline is an honours graduate in Economics and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Malta. More recently she obtained a qualification in Prince 2 Project Management.
Having joined EMCS in 2004, she has considerable experience in all facets of market research. She is responsible for the Public Sector Advisory unit within EMCS where she coordinates all public sector projects. She is also a regular trainer on public procurement regulations and procedures as well as project management. Over the years, she has directed extensively large projects ranging from major research exercises to nationwide communication campaigns.
Before joining EMCS, Caroline spent 3 years working within the Ministry of Finance carrying economics research.
A hard worker by nature she strives for success in everything that she does.
