• JobsPlus employment licence applications - Preparation and submission of JobsPlus employment licence applications and related forms. 
  
• Follow up and queries - Follow up with the authorities on pending cases and support with requests for further information. 
  
• Renewals and changes - Calendar and support for renewals, and guidance on change of role or employer where permitted. 
  
• Arrival and onboarding alignment - Coordination of permit timelines with onboarding, payroll registrations, and employment documentation.
