EMCS designs and delivers tailor-made pre-employment accredited training programmes for JobsPlus. These training programmes aim to help individuals develop the skills required to join the workforce.

These are the three basic modules we have created for our client:

  • Pre-Employment Skills
  • Life & Communication Skills
  • Basic Clerical Training


These training courses are built around making individuals employable while addressing the job market requirements. The programmes for this project target the needs of 4 distinct groups:

  • persons with intellectual difficulties
  • persons with physical/sensorial difficulties
  • persons with mental health challenges
  • other vulnerable individuals


EMCS sources qualified trainers, to assist specific target groups in acquiring pre-employment skills, adapting to labour market changes and requirements. The programmes seek to train individuals to acquire the required skills to enter the workforce, while also promoting social inclusion.
