Mariella joined the EMCS Group of Companies in 1998 as Company administrator and moved to EMCS International Services Limited as Corporate Service Officer when the latter was set up a year later. She was promoted to Head of the Corporate Team in 2007 – in this role she was responsible for all client requirements including due diligence processes, setting up of new companies and the ensuing secretarial work, assisting with the opening of bank accounts and overseeing all matters pertaining to back-office administration. In 2018 she was promoted to Senior Manager responsible for the Corporate team.
She retained her role and accompanying duties following the EMCS/Grant Thornton merger in January 2015.
