Alison is responsible for the EU-funding consultancy services, providing end-to-end solutions to clients with programme and project planning, design, management and implementation from a wide portfolio of funds including ERDF, ESF, EAFRD, Grant Schemes and Malta Enterprise Schemes.
Before joining EMCS, Alison was engaged for 14 years with the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry for European Affairs, where she held senior management positions related to EU funding, programming, management, monitoring and implementation.
She has primarily worked on ESF Operational Programmes and was the principal driving force for devising strategic policy initiatives, identifying national priorities and the formulation of the appropriate programming documents with a focus on the European Social Fund.
She has represented the Government of Malta in EU fora and technical committees.
She is an advocate for commitment and ensuring success in her work.
Alison has a Masters of Arts in (European Studies) and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Management, both from the University of Malta.
