In 2011, the DG Sanco launched the EC Meat Survey to be carried out across all the European Union Member States. EMCS was appointed by GfK to manage this survey for Malta. This project involved a self-completion questionnaire, where interviewers had to make an appointment with a sample of randomly selected individuals and distribute these questionnaires. The topic of this survey was the consumers' perception on the meat market in Malta.
