Our consulting experience is increasingly showing that for companies to succeed and become stronger they must invest in management skills in a way that will secure them with the culture and know-how that serves to create an inherent focus on building a strong business performance improvement culture.

As part of the process of developing a focus on business improvement we, together with Prof McKiernan, developed 5 full day training modules, spread over 5 weeks. They are designed to provide corporate managers with a toolbox of techniques, ideas, systems as well as models that serve the purpose of improving their business.

By uniting managers from various companies, sectors and corporate cultures and engaging them in a highly charged interchange of knowledge, insight, and experience, these executive training modules will combine technical knowledge with the common experience of the tutors and delegates.

The emphasis is on practical rather than theoretical issues by providing executives with the tools and resources for implementation in their own business.
