The Board of Directors of the EMCS Consulting Group consists of:

John C. Grech (Chairman)
John founded EMCS Consulting in 1983. EMCS Consulting evolved to become a leading consulting firm and the precursor to all the other companies within The EMCS Consulting Group. He is the Chairman of the Group.
He is a member of the Strategic Planning Society of the UK He is also a member of the British Institute of Management and a fellow of the Malta Institute of Management.
He currently also serves as a member of the Board of Middle Sea Insurance plc, Vice Chairman of Fimbank plc and is also the Chairman of Mizzi Organisation.
He holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Economics from Malta University and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Amsterdam in European Economic Integration. In 1978, John Grech secured his Ph.D. in International Economics from the Graduate Institute for International Studies of the University of Geneva. He also holds a Visiting Chair in Banking and Finance at the University of Malta. Member of the Board of the Mediterranean Academy for Diplomatic Studies and teaches a course in Economy Diplomacy at the academy.

Adrian Said
Adrian is the Managing Director of EMCS Consulting and is responsible for marketing and corporate identity within the Group. He holds a first degree in Commerce, as well as an honours degree in Economics from the University of Malta. He pursued post-graduate studies abroad at the Strathclyde Graduate School of Business - University of Strathclyde in Scotland by following a Master in Business Administration. His area of specialization is corporate strategic planning.
Adrian has extensive experience in strategic planning, economic research, project development and finance strategy for clients in Europe and North Africa.
He is also currently the coordinator of the partner Institute of the World Economic Forum in Malta.
Adrian is a visiting lecturer in strategic management at the Department of Management of the University of Malta.

John Farrugia
John is the Managing Director of Action File Ltd and Accelerate Ltd.
He is an honours graduate in Business Management from the University of Malta, and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree with distinction from Warwick Business School, with a specialisation in Strategic Management and Marketing.
John is also engaged in the provision of management and economics consultancy to various leading organisations and public institutions in Malta and abroad.
Within the Group he is responsible for leading services related to corporate finance and investments.

Robert Geismann
Robert Geismann is the Managing Director of Add One IT services. He holds a first degree in Commerce, as well as an honours degree in Economics from the University of Malta. He was awarded a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School with a specialisation in strategic planning and information systems strategy and management in 1996.
Robert has also been involved in providing consultancy services to Deutsche Funkturm, a subsidiary Deutsche Telekom, where he provided operational support in the design and implementation of a management information and decision-making support system.
Within the Group, Robert is responsible for Corporate Intelligence and information technology.

Stefano Mallia
Stefano holds a first degree in Commerce, as well as an honours degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in European Studies from the University of Malta.
Stefano is the Managing Director of the EU affairs joint venture which has been set up between EMCS Ltd and Ganado Sammut Advocates which has Dr. Simon Busuttil MEP as one of its partners . The joint venture, which is known as Europa Research and Consultancy Services brings together the best economic and legal expertise on EU issues in the country.
Within the Group, Robert is responsible for Corporate Intelligence for Human Resources.
